Nantwich, Jacqueline Rhys Davies BEM “Jackie”
aged 80 years.
Loving Wife to the late Tom, much loved Mum to Alison and Emma and Grandma to Charlie
and Jamie.
Jackie will be sadly missed and fondly remembered
by family and friends.
Funeral service to take place at Crewe Crematorium on Friday 20th December at 3.30pm.
Donations in memory of Jackie will be gratefully received for Reto Care, Macmillan Nurses and The Cooperative Wind Bands.
